✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within [15 / 30] days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Item must be in resellable condition (no damage, stains, odors, or missing parts).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Note: Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products, undergarments, opened food items, customized items). These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
